All embroidery prices include a front left breast logo, no larger than 11cm wide and 5cm high with a maximum stitch count of 7,000 stitches (Unless stated).

We reserve the right to refuse logo's we find unsuitable for embroidery (a full refund will be issued)

We reserve the right to decline any jobs deemed to be abusive, distasteful or rascial by nature.

We cannot accept any responsibility for decoration onto your own garments and if any errors occur will not replace your own items.

We cannot accept returns on decorated garments, unless we have made an error.

All embroidery and print files remain the property of iDesign Workwear.

Embroidered samples are provided via photograph but can be sent via first class post for 99p per sample.

ALL vinyl logo's are provided via computer generated sample which will include dimensions where required.

Colours of vinyls and threads may vary from computer generated samples due to screen resolution and calibration.

All posted orders will require a signature (we will e-mail a dispatch notice). If you are not available to sign it will be down to you to arrange alternative delivery with the courier.

Goods will only be dispatched after payment has beed received and cleared.

We aim to dispatch all items within 14 Days - If there is any delay we will contact you and offer a full refund on items out of stock.
